End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and eTechFlow Ltd("eTechFlow", "Licensor") governing your use of software modules purchased from modules.etechflow.com (each a "Module").
1. Grant of license
Subject to your payment of the applicable fee and ongoing compliance with this EULA, eTechFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable right to install and use the Module on the number of production domains stated in your order (one domain by default), plus a reasonable number of staging or development domains used solely by you or your engaged service providers.
2. License keys
Each license is bound to one production domain via a license key. The Module phones home periodically to validate the key. Misuse — sharing keys, attempting to bypass validation, transferring keys to a third party — terminates the license without refund.
3. Subscription vs. lifetime
- Lifetime license: a one-time purchase. The module works indefinitely. Updates and support are included for 12 months from purchase; renewal of support is optional.
- Subscription license: billed annually. Updates, support and the right to use the latest version continue while the subscription is active. If the subscription lapses, the most recent version you installed continues to work — but you will not receive further updates or support until you renew.
4. Permitted uses
- Install the Module on the licensed domain(s).
- Modify your store's configuration of the Module.
- Make backups for your own use.
- Engage a third-party developer to configure the Module on your behalf.
5. Prohibited uses
- Distributing, sub-licensing, selling or renting the Module to a third party.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or modifying the license-validation components.
- Removing copyright, trademark or attribution notices.
- Using the Module to develop a competing product.
- Using more domains than your license entitles you to.
6. Ownership
The Module remains the property of eTechFlow. You receive a license to use it — not ownership of it. All intellectual-property rights are reserved.
7. Warranty
eTechFlow warrants that the Module will perform substantially as described on its product page for 30 days after purchase. If it does not, your sole remedy is a refund under the Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTechFlow's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the Module in the 12 months preceding the claim. eTechFlow is not liable for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill or any consequential or indirect damages, except where the law forbids such a limit.
9. Termination
The license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. You must uninstall the Module from all domains promptly after termination.
10. Open-source components
Some Modules incorporate open-source libraries. Those libraries remain governed by their own licenses; this EULA does not override them. A list of components is provided on request.
11. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
