We work with Dawn (free) by default and customise it with Tailwind tokens to match your brand. Custom themes are a separate engagement that takes 6 to 8 additional weeks.

Which apps do you recommend?

We avoid over-app-ing. Default stack: analytics (built-in + GA4 + PostHog), reviews (Judge.me or Loox), email (Klaviyo or Resend), search (Shopify Search or Algolia for larger catalogues). Anything beyond that needs business justification.

Can you import our existing catalogue?

Yes. CSV import or migration script from another platform. We dry-run the import twice on a staging store before the production import.

What about Shopify Plus?

We set up both standard and Plus stores. Plus features like scripts, checkout extensions and multi-store are scoped during discovery and configured if applicable.

Will we be ready to take orders at launch?

Yes. The pre-launch checklist covers payments, taxes, shipping, refund policy, legal pages, and end-to-end test orders. We do not call a store launch-ready until every checklist item is signed off.

Output is a store ready to take real orders. Most setups complete in 3 to 6 weeks for a single-brand store with a few hundred SKUs. Larger catalogues and multi-region setups extend to 8 weeks.
