Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying an eTechFlow module. If the module doesn't do what we promised, install correctly on a supported store, or just isn't a fit for your use case — you can request a refund within 30 days.
The headline
- 30 calendar days from the moment your order is paid.
- No-questions-asked — we don't make you justify the request.
- Full refund of what you paid, including any VAT charged.
- Processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund
- Email refunds@etechflow.com from the address you placed the order with.
- Include your order ID — you'll find it on your order receipt or on the orders page in your account.
- You don't need to write an essay; one line is fine.
We'll confirm the refund within 1 business day and revoke the license keys associated with the order. Your store will stop receiving updates immediately and the module will stop validating within 24 hours.
What happens to your license
On a refund we revoke the license. You agree to uninstall the module from any store on which it was activated. Continuing to use a revoked license breaches the EULA.
When a refund may be limited
We may decline or partially refund in a small number of cases:
- More than 30 days have passed.After the 30-day window we'll work with you on support but generally can't refund.
- Subscription renewals after the first year. Renewals are pro-rated only if cancelled within 14 days of the renewal charge.
- Custom development or paid installation services performed by us. These are billed against the hours actually worked.
- Demonstrable abuse — for example serial-refunders who repeatedly buy and refund the same module.
UK / EU consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Under UK and EU consumer protection law, you may have additional rights when buying digital content; this policy is intended to be more generous than those minimums, not to replace them.
