Yes. Customer accounts are unified through the Magento backend. A customer signs in once on either surface and their cart, wishlist and order history are visible from the other.

Do you submit to the App Store and Play Store?

Yes, included in the engagement. We write the listing copy, prepare screenshots and submit for review. App review delays from Apple or Google are outside our control.

What about push notifications?

Push infrastructure (Firebase / APNs) is included. Triggers are configurable from the Magento admin: cart abandonment, back-in-stock, price drop, order shipped.

Can you maintain the app long-term?

Yes, via our engineering retainer. Mobile apps need quarterly maintenance for iOS and Android SDK updates and store-policy compliance. The retainer covers both apps plus the web storefront.
