We can run a heuristic-only audit without analytics. Sharing analytics under NDA lets us back findings with quantitative evidence; the audit gets sharper but is not gated on it.

What surfaces do you audit?

Top-10 surfaces by traffic by default: home, top-3 categories, top-3 product pages, cart, checkout, account. We add 2 to 3 additional surfaces at no extra cost if you flag campaign landing pages.

Mobile and desktop together or separately?

Separately. Mobile and desktop UX have different failure modes. Both score independently in the report.

Do you do accessibility?

Quick-scan against WCAG AA included. Full WCAG AA or AAA audits are a separate engagement with manual testing and screen-reader walkthroughs.

Can we book remediation work with you afterwards?

Yes. 100% of the audit fee credits against any UX remediation we deliver inside 60 days. We do not pressure during the walkthrough; about half of customers do the remediation themselves.

What it is.

An independent UI and UX audit run by senior designers and engineers. We walk every key customer journey, score each surface against established heuristics, capture session recordings where available, and hand you a prioritised remediation list ordered by conversion impact. Most audits run 5 to 10 working days depending on the journey count. Stores with a customer dataset shared under NDA get a deeper analytics-informed pass at no extra cost.
