Customer story · Lockstation (Ezlok)
UK locksmith retailer Lockstation migrated from Luma to Hyvä in eight weeks. Mobile LCP dropped from 4.2 seconds to 1.1 seconds. Cart recovery flow added on day one of go-live recovered £18,000 in the first 30 days. Customer-service tickets dropped 60 percent.
The problem
Running on Luma with mobile LCP at 4.2 seconds, mobile Lighthouse Performance 38, and a standard Magento cart-abandonment email recovering roughly 4 percent of carts. Customers were complaining about delivery promises that did not match real stock. "Order in 2h for next-day" badges were showing on out-of-stock products.
What we did
Eight-week Hyvä migration. Mobile LCP from 4.2s to 1.1s, Lighthouse Performance 38 to 92. A recovery flow with per-shopper email plus WhatsApp follow-ups added on day one of go-live. Next-day-eligibility check gating delivery badges against real stock and postcode.
The outcome
First 30 days post-launch: £18,000 in recovered sales (up from £1,200 a month previously). Mobile LCP at 1.1 seconds. Cart recovery rate from 4 percent to 22 percent. Customer-service tickets down 60 percent.
