Where does the app run?

Your hosting. We deploy to Vercel, Fly.io, AWS or your provider of choice. We do not host apps ourselves long-term; that creates lock-in we do not want.

Do you use Polaris UI?

Yes, by default. Polaris matches the Shopify admin look and reduces merchant onboarding friction. Apps that need a custom UI can deviate; we surface the trade-off during discovery.

Will you handle App Store submission?

Yes, including the listing copy, screenshots and partner review response. We do not control review timeline but we respond to reviewer feedback within one business day.

What about Shopify Plus?

All app development scales to Shopify Plus stores. Apps requiring metafields, scripts or checkout extensions explicitly need Plus and we confirm that during discovery.
